We deliver your car directly to your apartment or hotel before you arrive — no rental counters, no waiting. Your host shares an access code with your booking confirmation that unlocks everything.
Every booking includes full comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometres, door-to-door delivery and collection, and a welcome kit. There are no surprises at pick-up.
No account needed. Your host's access code verifies you instantly — the whole process takes about ten seconds. Just enter the code, pick your vehicle, and you're confirmed.
Tolls and infringements incurred during your rental are your responsibility. StayRide charges a $30 admin fee per toll nomination and a $60 admin fee per parking or speeding fine. These are on top of the toll or fine amount itself. We'll contact you if any arise after your rental ends.
A security bond is confirmed at the time of booking. It is held during your rental period and released within 5 business days of the car being returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Yes — just message us on WhatsApp before your return date and we'll sort it out. Extensions are subject to availability. Weekly rates are available for longer stays.
